This policy explains how New Construction BAE, operated by Kala Dunn, REALTOR® with LPT Realty in Raleigh, North Carolina, handles information collected through this website. It covers this website’s inquiry, tour request, and neighborhood search forms.
Information you share
When you complete the neighborhood search popup, we collect your name, email address, permission to follow up, and the time of your request. When you submit an inquiry or tour request, we may also collect your phone number, budget range, moving timeline, preferred tour date and time, selected communities, homes or floor plans, and the message you provide.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, payment information, loan documents, or other sensitive financial information through these forms. They are for home search inquiries, not mortgage or purchase applications.
How your information is used
Kala uses your information to respond to questions, help with your home search, discuss communities and available homes, coordinate requested tours, and follow up about your stated interests. Tour requests require confirmation. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment.
The neighborhood search form asks for permission to contact you by email. Inquiry and tour forms ask for permission to contact you by email or phone about your request. You may ask Kala to stop follow-up at any time.
Where inquiries go
Submissions are saved in a private website inbox and sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to Kala’s business email inbox at newconstructionbae@gmail.com. FormSubmit and the email provider process the submitted details to deliver and store those messages. The website and database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure.
We do not sell your inquiry information or automatically forward it to the builders. If you ask Kala to coordinate with a builder or another professional, Kala may share the details needed to carry out that request.
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. This does not delete copies in Kala’s website inbox or email inbox. You can review FormSubmit’s privacy information and submission documentation.
Browser storage and external content
This website uses your browser’s local storage to remember saved communities and whether you have completed the neighborhood search popup. The popup completion marker does not store your name or email in local storage. Clearing your browser’s site data removes these preferences and may cause the popup to appear again.
The website does not currently include advertising pixels or a separate audience analytics tool. Hosting and sign-in services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs, to operate and protect the site. When sign-in is required, authentication is handled by ChatGPT.
Some fonts, builder images, and interactive floor plan viewers load from external providers. Loading this content can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to those providers. Instagram, Facebook, builder websites, and other external destinations have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Keeping and protecting information
Inquiries remain in Kala’s private website inbox and email records until they are reviewed or removed; the site does not currently apply automatic expiration to those copies. Information connected with an ongoing client relationship or transaction may need to be retained for that purpose or to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
The site uses HTTPS and access controls for the private inquiry inbox. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact Kala if you believe information was submitted incorrectly or accessed without permission.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the inquiry information you submitted, correct it, request deletion, or ask to stop follow-up by emailing Kala.Dunn@lptrealty.com. Include enough detail to identify your request, but do not send sensitive identification documents unless a secure verification process has been arranged. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed for an active transaction or applicable obligations.
You can also clear saved communities and the search access marker through your browser’s site data settings. Choosing not to submit the search popup means you can still visit the homepage, Meet Bae, process guide, reviews, FAQs, and contact information.
Children’s information
This website is intended for adults exploring real estate services. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact Kala so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as website features or information practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
